Return & Refund


Kindly go through our return rules mentioned below for a smooth return experience.

1. We accept the return requests only for the following cases:

a) Wrong Product

b) Broken Product and

c) Dead Product

If you receive any of the above-mentioned products from us, you can simply raise a return request (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving the wrong and/broken and/dead product along with a clear and unedited unboxing video which should be sufficient to support your claim.

We will let you know the status of your return request within 7 working days of raising the return request after verifying everything from our end.

In this case, our decision will be final and no further claims will be entertained.

2. If we approve your return request, please pack the product safely in its original packaging and send it back to us along with everything that came with the product at your own expense.

We will reimburse your courier expenses at the time of processing the refund request (if applicable).

3. Once we receive the returned product and found everything is alright, we will initiate the refund procedure from our end.

We issue prompt refunds (after deducting the applicable charges, if any) for all eligible cases.

It may take 7-10 days for the refunded amounts to reach the customers.

To process the refund request, we prefer the same payment gateway which was used to make payment for the order.

However, in some cases, we also use alternative payment methods like Cash, Cheque, NEFT, etc.
