Shipping
Generally, we ship all the confirmed orders within 48 hours from our warehouse via 3rd party courier partners or, our local delivery agents.
However, in some rare cases, it may take us up to 7 (seven) working days to ship your products.
No matter what, we will keep you updated about the status of your order(s) from time to time.

Delivery
In most cases, a shipped order takes 5-7 days to get delivered to you by our 3rd party courier partners.
However, in some cases, it may take a few days more to our 3rd party courier partners to deliver the products to you.
On the other hand, our local delivery agents generally deliver the products to you on the same or, next business day on which a product is shipped from our warehouse, with some exceptions.
Our local delivery agents are authorized to collect the payments from customers against proper receipts and/ other supporting documents if required.
